Change of Hours Coming February 16


With the approval of Clinton City Council, minor adjustments will be made to hours of operation for city offices. This adjustment will allow for better utilization of part-time staffing and provide full-time staff with dedicated time in the morning to complete clerical and administrative tasks prior to opening to the public.

Effective February 16, all customer service desks will open at 9:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM. City Hall and the Police Department will continue to remain open until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

There are two existing exceptions to customer service hours that will remain unchanged:

  • Public Works customer service closes at 3:30 PM daily

  • Recreation customer service closes at Noon on Fridays
