Vendor Overview
Welcome to the Heritage Days celebration! We are excited to invite vendors to join us for this family-friendly event at Civic Center Park. This year, vendors will be open:
- Friday, June 12, 2026: 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Booth spaces are limited, so secure your spot early!
Application Process
This section provides instructions to help vendors complete the application process and apply for their booth at the celebration.
Registration
- Registration Opens: January 2, 2026
- Registration Closes: May 8, 2026, or until spaces are full
How to Apply
To apply for a vendor booth:
- Review all guidelines and requirements for your vendor type.
- Complete the Vendor Application
- Prepare all necessary documentation and photos as listed in your vendor category.
- Submit the application and payment to the Clinton City Recreation Department before the deadline.
Basic Vendors
Basic vendors are perfect for businesses or individuals looking to showcase non-food items, crafts, or services. Each booth is a 10' x 10' space in a lively community setting.
Booth Details:
- Rate: $55 (includes one 110-volt outlet with two plugs)
- Size: 10' x 10' space
- Setup: Vendors must provide commercial-grade, fire-rated canopy, tables, chairs, and necessary equipment.
- Booths must be anchored with tie-downs or stakes.
- Basic vendors are not allowed to sell food or beverages.

- Completed Vendor Application
- List of items for sale
- Photos of canopy, tie-downs, and anchors
- Payment in full
Food Vendors
Food vendors bring delicious flavors to the Heritage Days celebration! If you operate a food truck, trailer, or booth, this section has all the details you need to participate.
Booth Details:
- Rate: $50
- ****Food Vendors must provide their own electricity****
- Setup: Vendors must provide commercial-grade, fire-rated canopy/truck/trailer, and necessary equipment.
- Food trucks, trailers, and booths must have appropriate tie-downs and anchors.
- Food vendors may only sell food and beverage items.
Required Documentation:
- Completed Vendor Application
- List of food and beverage items for sale
- Photos of the food truck, trailer, canopy, tie-downs, and anchors
- Payment in full
- Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum; Clinton City Corporation named as an additional insured).
- Temporary Food Establishment Permit
- Food Handlers Permit
- State Fire Marshal Food Truck Annual Inspection Sticker
Special Rides or Activities Vendors
Unique rides and activities vendors add fun and excitement to the event with attractions like inflatables, dunk tanks, and more. Ensure you meet the requirements for a safe and engaging setup.
Booth Details:
- Rate: $50
- ****Special Rides and Activities must provide their own electricity****
- Setup: Vendors must provide commercial-grade, fire-rated canopy, tables, chairs, and necessary equipment.
- Examples of Activities: Train rides, dunk tanks, inflatables, etc.
Required Documentation:
- Completed Vendor Application
- List of items/attractions for sale
- Photos of canopy, tie-downs, and anchors
- Photos of activity/ride
- Payment in full
- Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum; Clinton City Corporation named as an additional insured).
Vendor Regulations
This section outlines an overview of the rules and requirements vendors must follow to ensure a smooth and successful event.
- Setup: Check-in on Friday, June 12, 2026, between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Cleanup: Vendors must leave booth spaces clean and use the provided dumpsters.
- Prohibited Items: No alcohol, smoking, weapons, firearms, or suggestive content allowed.
- Security: Overnight security is provided, but Clinton City is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
