Apply for your water, sewer, garbage and secondary water services by following these two steps:

 

1. Download and complete the Utilities Application Form.
2. Bring completed form along with
   
   • Proof of Ownership
   • Deposit of $70.00 (Deposit is applied to applicant’s utility bill if consumer maintains a record of a no past due account for a consecutive twenty-four (24) month period of time.)
   • Customer initialization fee of $20.00 (non-refundable)
