Barbara was born and raised in Davis County and has lived in Clinton City for over 40 years. She is a graduate of Clearfield High School. She and her late husband, Marv, are the parents of 2 daughters and proud grandparents of 3 grandchildren.
Barbara is retired. She was the local business owner of the Magic Fingers Style Salon. She also ran the Clinton Ditch Company for over 15 years. Having bowling as one of her interests, she served on the Board of Directors for the Ogden Women’s Bowling Association. She was inducted in the Ogden Bowling Hall of Fame in February 2014.
As a representative on the Clinton City Council, Barbara serves in the following ways:
- Chairperson of the Parks Advisory Board
- City’s liaison to the Clinton Fire Department
- Coordinator of the Heritage Days Parade
She’s also worked for the Recreation Department in obtaining donations and sponsorships.
Her hobbies include golf, cross-stitch, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Barbara loves working with the City Council and with the staff and employees of Clinton City.
